Shipping: (DreamDiecast Only)

Combined shipping is available.

Flat rate shipping in the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) is:

$12.00 for first item & $4.00 for each additional item (maximum 6 items)

(does not include International, PR, HI, AK or PO Boxes)

All packages are inspected prior to shipping.

Please contact us for shipping costs to PO Boxes, and Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.

International Orders Must contact us for Shipping Costs and use PayPal.

DreamPlushPets has its own Shipping Policy.

Return Policy:

We accept returns on items damaged during shipping only. We can only exchange those items for same items. (No exceptions).

Our Guarantee:
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Exchanges are for like items only. If an item is no longer in stock, you will be given the option of receiving a similar item (if one is available) or having a refund issued.

Returns and Exchanges:
To return a damaged item, please contact us via email within three (3) days of receipt of item. All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days and MUST include RMA (return merchandise #). RMA will be supplied to you via email. Original packaging MUST be returned with item.
